Total Quality Management is not just a good idea, it is a necessity. All of our management staff and field supervisory personnel have successfully completed a formal ten-week TQM course administered by Louisiana State University's College of Business Administration. Implementing a philosophy of continuous improvement has resulted in higher quality, lower costs and greater customer satisfaction.
Our process for this effort is prevention based using quality management concepts and techniques. Our goal is to achieve error-free performance and total customer satisfaction.
